It's cool what you all have done. I prefer an informal way to write this message. At first, I saw our group inefficient. We were discussing and trying to solve some unimportant things (like if we should chose a female or a male, which industry, research on UK management style ...). On the meeting, we talked too vaguely. I see the US team working quite the same method as the French students that I met when I studied in French University.
However, at the end, everything is done quite perfectly. Impressive !!! I'm satisfied with the job you did.

On my side, I think I interacted not much with other members (US or French) so I couldn't counter cultural differences.
That's all my personal point of view (perhaps correct or incorrect). I hope everyone is happy with what the group have done.
